STERILIZATION OF DEMINERALISED WATER LOOPS

 In order to insure

• An uninterrupted homeopathic proportioning, with a concentration of about 20 ppb of ozone, for a continuous use, in the absence of residual oxidant trace (O₃).  This guarantee is insured by the presence of a UV WEDECO sterilizer at each “process use point”.
• Periodical  loop sanitations, with an ”off production” treatment from 50 to 100 ppb

CESI proposes the use of an electrolytic ozonizer, ozone generator by electrolysis for ultra pure or demineralised water, intended for the uninterrupted disinfection of storage systems and drainage duct distribution (systemic protection).

Use for purified water or specifications comparable in Pharmaceutical Industry, in cosmetics, in the semiconductors sector, and medical sciences.

 Principle

The ozone production is provided by the catalytic decomposition from H₂O in H₂O+O₃… The ozone destruction is provided by crossing a High Performance WEDECO UV sterilizer 
(UVC doses > 100/150 mj/cm²).

DCO REDUCING

In food processing industry in particular, it may be necessary, in some circuits to reduce the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand).

CESI proposes the use of filters equipped with activated carbon cartridges in order to catch the exceeding COD, soluble and particular, and making the water convenient to be used according to your needs.

 Principle

Activated carbon is a media able to adsorb many different compounds, especially organic compounds, which make it interesting in food processing industry. There are others applications : chlorine removal for example.
