UMCS CONTAINER
In order to meet the needs of a customer in Guinea, CESI participated to the elaboration of a UMCS Container : Unité Mobile de Conditionnement en Sachets (Mobile Unit for Bag Conditionning).
This is a very compact unit, which can move on different water drillings, and pack the water in bag of 100 mL to 1 L.
Firstly, the iron is removed by air oxidation and sand filtration to avoid precipitation in the bags. Then, a filtration step remove the mineral particles from the water.
The unit can conditionate up to 2 m3/h, and is equipped with an electric generator. So it is autonomous and can work nearly everywhere.
